Our restaurant is located in a place steeped in history: In the historic “Schnürboden” (flying loft) of the Meyer Werft shipyard, every new ship’s construction once began – with the accurate recording of all its components. The name comes from the measuring strings used for drawing. The designs were then turned into wooden or metal templates, called molds – a craft that required great skill.
Today, our restaurant commemorates this rich history and invites you to enjoy fine dining and regionally inspired specialities.
